A few good things about the vendor: This was shipped out the day I ordered it. The computer was in pristine condition - it looked like it was a completely new product, held as a warranty replacement to be sent out to replace returned items. I was impressed by the look and finish of the computer. This 'new' (I think) computer was all the description said it was - maybe more - a label said 'ASUS Workbook 15.' This is the 14" model. This is DREADFULLY SLOW - it took more than an hour just to configure Windows. With only 4 GB of RAM, it won't even run more than one app at a time using a piece of the 4 GB RAM - it swaps memory from the RAM to the 'disc' (electronic memory) when it runs out of RAM (most of the time), making it awfully slow. If you're using this for Browsing ONLY, or are comfortable running one app at a time - this may work for you - but you can get a similar unit, with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB 'Disc' at Best Buy for just a few dollars more. This seemed like a great deal when I saw it here on eBay. Once I got it, I immediately regretted the purchase. I'm returning it, one the 60 minute process (this should normally take about 5-10) of resetting it to factory settings eventually completes. Read full review
