I'm a skeptic, but I bought an Arctic Air Pure Chill because it was on sale. I am happy with the results. While it is a little work (ice cubes, filter cleaning. soaking and freezing for effectiveness), it's worth it. I bought 2 for a friend as a housewarming gift. 
She said she loves them.  Great for your 'personal space or bedroom.

This little space cooler is the bomb! I put ice in the water tank with my water and I froze the filter and I'm like “WOW!!” This definitely helps me sleep better at night since I can't sleep with my room being hot. Delivery was so fast too!

I liked it and didn't like. I learned that water was used to fill area but then I learned you would have to plug it in. I was nervous because water and electricity don't mix.

this doesn't work walmart will not give me a refund because i bought it on walmart.com. the seller who apparently is not walmart has to give me a refund in 10 days.

These are only like a fan they work as a fan  no cooler than a fan, I did everything the instructions said to do and it didn't work any different then a regular fan! I even put the the filter thing in cold water and put the filter into the freezer until it was froze and then I put it into the machine and also put ice cubes in the back plus  cold water, no difference between this and a fan!

When you open the box it says " DO NOT RETURN TO STORE"
I am barely within my 30 day window, I think I am going to return them because I do not use them because they do not cool a room.

This was a waste of money
I bought them for my Mother during the heatwave and she died 2 days after they arrived 3 days late.
Even with 2 of them in her bedroom it did not cool the room, they made the room feel like a sauna.
Ma had to lean over while sitting on her bed to feel the cold air which made the room all the more humid.
I feel horrible.
This product may not have killed my Mother, but nor did it cool down her less than 200 square foot bedroom, and there were 2 of them in her room.
Had I put all 4 in there it would have only added to the humidity.
There is no pleasure in writing this review.

But this product is pure trash.

Do not buy. Not an air conditioner. Adds humidity.

Not worth a penny. I bought this seeing all the great reviews including a housemate who bought one. Worst decision ever. This thing does not do the job. The filter dries out within 5 minutes even if you freeze it. Load it up with ICE and it turns to water within 15 minutes. If you can't stand the heat like me, this is NOT for you. I would have taken it back yet I have no other means of cooling. Place a higher speed fan behind it to increase the flow of the slightly cooler air. I have a very small bedroom and it did not cool it down. It helped a bit with the dry air.

Not worth the $. Should lower the cost to $5-$10

Stopped working after a few weeks. Joined the other one I replaced. Jets stopped blowing, like the other one. Youtube had a fix video but the fix didn't last. Crazy to make a water device for everyday use that won't work with tap water. Focus less on all them lights and more on the AIR.
