It's a great addition to my crafting! Very easy to use. I bought it to do 500 mugs for a Jamboree and I am almost  halfway done and the mugs are great. Very good packing for them. So far no broken ones.

Great product

I bought my Cricut Mug Press less than a year ago. Love love how easy it is to use. It's not just for mugs. I've sublimated glass tumblers and skinny sublimation tumblers. I'm hoping Cricut will have more sublimation drinkware in the near future. As for now, I have to buy sublimation bottles and glass tumblers/glass mugs online.

Love the finished product. It is limited in what it can do and the price is so much higher. The worst part about cricut is that we have iPads and iPhones and even a mac but i had to use my neighbors cheap laptop to get the mug press working.  I mean…seriously.  Why no Bluetooth ?  That was the worst part

Love the mugs!  They wont disappoint

Bought this mug press brand new and was excited to try it when I got home. I was able to activate the mug press but it stays stuck updating without finishing. Tried multiple computers, wifi connections, USB cables and went thru all the troubleshooting steps I found on the Cricut website. Nothing helped.

Really disappointed as this is my first Cricut device and my experience was a total fail.

Bought a lemon right out of the new box.
